Something new

I tried something new. I was greatly inspired by Kim Piggotts STUNNING cards at Crafts U Love on Sunday that I had to buy some of the shimmer mist and dust off my distress pads and have a go. Not up to Kims standards by any stretch, I expect the cardstock has something to do with this and lack of skills, But I was quiet happy for my first attempt.

    Awww Caz Its beautiful my friend, you have done a far better job than I did when i tried so don't put yourself down, I for one would be chuffed to pieces to recieve such a beauty!!

    I think you've made a fab card, the colouring is great and you can see the loveliness of those mists :)

    Why you say that you are not up to Kim standards? You do, you have a different style from hers, but I think your technique is second to none!
