Karen Burniston - Whats's in a name - Designer Challenge June - Part 2

Howdy friends and I am back for the second of my posts for the Karen Burniston Designer Challenge and again its all about the initials in our names.  Mine being CC.  This time I have used CLOUD and COW as my two words and make this rather pretty Brownie, now to be named Pinkie :)  I think she looks rather beautiful with those big eyelashes and a flower in her hair.

I coloured "Pinkies" spots with a watercolour pencil and used a fineline black pen to add
the dot detailing.

For the main card I used :

Brownie the Cow - Karen Burniston - Elizabeth Craft Designs
Lorna Label Pop Up -  Karen Burniston - Elizabeth Craft Designs
Leafy Branch -   Elizabeth Craft Designs
Bunch of Flowers 4 -   Elizabeth Craft Designs
Clouds from All Season Tree -  Karen Burniston - Elizabeth Craft Designs
Gingham Stamp - Lawn Fawn - Crafts U Love
The paper was from my stash, the stamp from my old Elzybells stamps

I do hope you have enjoyed the 2 cards and do not forget to check out the links

Karen Burniston - What's in a name Designer June Challenge

Hello and welcome to the my first challenge card for this month and this months challenge was

Everyone has to incorporate two Pop it Ups dies according to your first and last initials.

Ahh, so for my that is "CC".   For C I could choose CHEEPERS the Chicken, or even Brownie the COW so it was a bit flexible.  We could use the entire line, so I could have chosen CHILLY the penguin or even Whiskers the CAT but having not had my new farm collection that long I really wanted to play with those.

So today's card was made for my son Caiden who is 9 today and I went to town on this
TRIPLE Lucy Label Pop up.  I decorated with Brownie the COW and CHEEPERS the chicken. So that is my CC covered.  I also used Virgil the Pig, Susan Tierneys  Cockburn Fence and Elizabeth Craft Designs Ice Cream Cone.

Here is the Birthday boy and his card!

And here is the card.  I used 3 small 4 x 4 cards and cut the Lucy Label out of each
of the cards.  I then covered with some 12" papers to bring the card together
as one piece.  I mostly cut the animals out of plain cardstock and picked up some
pink spotty card for Virgil.. Caiden asked if if he had caught chicken pox off Cheepers!

I will be back tomorrow with another farm based card and one where Brown is
anything but brown!

Move over Stamping Caz. It's Crafty Caiden

It's the time of year again.  Sweetie jars required  for summer fair.  Theme this year is circus and although  we don't  have wild animals in circus' in the UK.  When i think circus I think big top, lion tamers and elephant's.

Caiden coloured the  stamps, I helped cut them out.  I die cut  the barn  from Karen  Burniston Barn pop stand. And Caiden armed with mummy's special  pens coloured  the lines, very gently I  might add  as he was warned to be  careful.
He punched some stars and we glued it all in place.

Loved my Crafty time  with my little Woo tonight.

Prima Pencil and Stamping Mini Demo

I had a Prima pencils and Stamping Mini Demo today.  Unfortunately all good plans and all that my son broke his arm Friday late afternoon so it meant I didn't get much time in my shed to make lots of samples but I managed to make 3 cards and 2 images coloured which I will make into cards very soon I hope.

First up are a couple of cards I made using the MFT "Knead you" stamp set from Crafts U Love.

As well as the MFT stamps on the card above I used :
La La Land Zig Zags
Marianne Designs Film Strip

On this one I used the MFT stamps, Marianne arrow, Marianne # and photo frame too.

Next up I made this card using Woodware Stamp called "you make me happy"

And lastly a quick coloured image from Stampendous Called "Screwloose, nights sky".
I hope to make this into a card very soon.
