Its me, I'm alive!

Been away for ages havent I? In truth I have been enjoying some family time with the boys and Darren at the end of the school holidays :)

Yesterday however I was forced out of my stamping rutt by a tutorial I saw on Jan Tinks blog and I HAD to make one ;) Here it is, I have done it in 3 photos as its a moving card.

Sort of closed....

Open a little bit :)
Bzzzz here I am!! Amazing isnt it??!?!?! And really quiet easy.
Stamps are all SU but sadly not ones in the UK... maybe one day.. we can hope eh?
This was some colouring I did last night using some ADORABLE stamps from Craft Land UK in wales. My mum was visiting wales and found this craft shop, she called to ask me if I wanted anything from the shop and I found these stamps from CraftUK.... I LOVE them and they were so lovely to colour. I used my Stampin' Crayons from SU. I cant wait to finish these up into a card.
Hope all is well with you all. I am staying up later tonight as we are hoping at midnight German time we will be able to see the retired list from SU. So its a very exciting time!

I just cant take it anymore!

Thats what I got from Harvey just now. I have this afternoon just moved his bedroom around to sort out beds so Caiden can go into his room with him and Darren and I have the room to ourselves. Caiden is still in our room in a little bed next to ours. Now CAiden was keen, as was Harvey, but Harvey was so tired and Caiden wasnt. So Harvey called me up, he was in tears, "I just cant take it anymore, he is such hard work to look after, I cant do it". Caidens back in our room and Harveys snoring in his.

I was soooo looking forward to taking the first picture of them in beds next to each other. :(

Tomorrow we're going to try again, maybe taking Caiden up when he is sleeping. Harvey said he can come back when hes 5 or 6!

Ketto Bling

I love Stamping Bellas, I love the kettos and the huggabuggs too. They are all adorable images, perfect for colouring. So I have really neglected my bellas of late so I dusted off a Ketto image and made this card. I am not sure if The Craft Barn here in the UK have these in stock, I know they do have some Bellas. Give them a call to find out.

I coloured this in the other night whilst watching Big Brother, now the lighting was terrible and the yellow background looked fine in the lamplight, not so great here though! But I didnt want to waste her, so here she is.

Lots of little sparkling diamonds and a Happy Hello message from one of my sheets :)

ENjoy!

A little snuggle

Here is a cute little snuggle stamp from Anya via Dies to Die for.

I have used my SU scalloped circle punch to create the flower. The papers and ribbon are SU too, oh and I even coloured the image in with my beautiful SU crayons :)

Stamping just for fun cant be beaten :) Lazy Sunday today, catch up with housework, shopping and maybe another card.

Anyway another meece from Heather Ellis. Lovin' them!

Oh and an oval too!

Did I ever tell you my Mum was a witch??

Don't cross her. Harvey did today and she shrunk him!

We went for a walk today up Reigate Hill. It was a lovely day. Milo enjoyed himself!

Look at these beautiful flowers. Shame they are called scabies!

Caiden was laughing about Milo tugging on the lead.

Here's Gappy, Opps I mean Harvey. He loves racking about in the dirt and stones. He is deep in thought here.

Todays my big brothers birthday. Poor him has been throwing up all last night and today. So instead of going off to see Billy Elliot in London tonight, he is home alone whilst his family enjoy it. Poor Bruv! Get well soon xxxx Here is the card I made him

I used the fun George Digi Images from pollycraft. www.pollycraft.co.uk

Penny Black fun

I got some Penny Black stamps today from The Glitter Pot. Although I feel far from Christmassy today I couldnt wait to ink them up!

Now I LOVED this as soon as I saw it. These mice are ADORABLE!! Awww tooooo cute. They are tiny, it took concentrated colouring for their little legs and arms... awwwww

A little close up and a normal shot of this cute ted! He is on a mission to get home and decorate his prize tree isnt he?!

You can order yours from www.theglitterpot.co.uk

Tomorrow I am off to Eastbourne, a day on the beach and watching the planes at the airshow. I have a bit of a "thing" for loud planes and helicopters so I love it!

So Tweet & exciting family news!

I made this sweet little birdy house box from instructions from Stamp With us which is an online classes programme. For mine I used All Stampin' Up! supplies. Unfortunately the bird isnt a UK stamp set, it is one I have been gifted from a friend in the USA. But who knows what might be coming in the new UK catalogue in October. I would be thrilled to have this set in it! wouldnt you?

Look at the yummy yellow ribbon, this is part of the 2 spools or ribbon bundle this month.

Very exciting day in our house today! Harvey went to the YMCA for his forth day of summer camp and he came home with one less tooth!! As I packed his apple this morning I thought it might get his tooth out. He has had a wiggly tooth for a while, not massively, like not hanging, but getting wobblier. Anyway, he bit his apple at lunch and his tooth became so loose that he had to pull it out. Apparently he was a bit upset about it. But now is very proud of his gap! I cant stop laughing as he looks so funny.

A little craft space

Sick and tired of craft stuff EVERYWHERE in the front room I enlisted Darren and his brother to carry a craft storage solution downstairs for me to put all my regular needed items. Of course not forgetting I have a 10ft x 8ft palace in the garden, but these are the bits and peices I need to have on hand as I dont tend to craft much in my palace, but it is a very lovely place to hold most of the crafty lovelyness I own. But I work in snatched moments in the day and evening on the dining table. CLICK picture to read whats on it :)
I gave away more than a hundred craft magazines to some ladies off freecycle, I am happy that there will be more readers getting inspired by the magazines, rather than just dump them.
Here is a cute card I made using the ADORABLE Tina Wenke stamps. I got mine from Crafts U Love on Saturday as I was helping in the shop. They really are soooo cute. I couldnt resist as they are lovely to colour. SO much detail. Now I just need someone to have a baby girl! I dont know anyone who is expecting so this one might be hanging around a while.
Here is a photo Harvey and me, taken by Caiden. Something tells me even the anti shake couldnt handle Caidens unsteady hand!! LOL

Cuttlebg C plate

Anyone want my old one? I have no need for it. Can collect, I can bring to a future class for you or SAE jiffy bag for £2.14

Let me know

Photos of our London trip

Despite being up high we could see well. This was before it started

Here are couple of dinosaurs are lining up to charge. See Huxley the man to the left??

The raptors find a meal!

An amazing Ornithocheirus flying. I wondered how they would do this. It was very clever with
the giant video screen behind.

More Dinosaurs fighting

They stole the show! The Trex and baby. Very sad end, of course we all know the dinosaurs were wiped out! Had I been on my own I might have cried!! LOL The music was amazing. I wish I had brought the cd they were selling.
We all had a great day. Caiden was a superstar all day. No toilet accidents and no running off. We hadnt taken a buggy and he walked everywhere. Thank goodness I took a few clothes encase Caiden did have an accident as outside the O2 there were these fountains in the floor for the kids to play in. It was very muggy last Weds and although not massively sunny it was very warm. We managed to scrape enough clothes together to let the kids get soaked whilst we waited for the rush hour crowds to go.
If you get a chance go to see it!!

Elzybells Round up

Now my Elzybells Guest Designer time is over I thought I would go into a more indepth round up of the cards I made for it to include a few of the other stamps and paper names.

This little cutie is my fav Elzybells Girl, or was before the sunflower and strawberry ones and not I am not sure!! LOL Can I have 3 favs? For this card I used 3 little candy dots from Craftwork Cards and the very lovely Seeing Spots set from Stampin' Up! - this set is great for making your own backgrounds. This card is as simple as can be, but looks lovely non the less.

Aww what a cute puppy! I had to choose this stamp to use too. Very simply coloured with watercolour crayons and cut with the circle and scallop nesties. I then created a lovely little orange flower to mount my wording on. This was made with the circle scallop punch from Stampin' Up! and teamed with a Craftwork Cards word circle. The scrummy paper is from the Haiki Collection from Stampin'Up! I love how the style of punched flower matched the flower on the paper - wanna see how to make this one? I have a circle scallop tutorial on my other site you can see all the wonderful things you can make with this simple shape.

This card was teamed up with some lovely cherry paper from the Summer Picnic papers set. Scallop Edge punch and small daisy.

This soft dreamy card was matching the dreamy state the cat was in! LOL Again I used the seeing spots stamp set to make a lovely background paper. This set is my offer for August so please check out my other site (link above)

This was the last creation for the Elzybells Guest Design Spot - Haiki paper was again used to decorate the front of this book. The very fabby and easy I-top tool was used to make the flower brad.

Elzybells Design Team finished

I have finished my week with Elzybells. What fun I had with these stamps. You can see the cards and tutorial that I did on elzybells blog.

Here is a card I made tonight. I used Elzybells Strawberry girl and my latest gadget the I-top to make the strawberry brad. This machine is FAB! I got mine from Crafts U Love and they have some more on order as these tools are HOT new and only just launched at CHA in America!
The lovely green Certainly Celery ribbon is one of the lovely FREE ribbons that you can get with any £45 purchases from Stampin' Up!

Loves me...

Loves me not... I loves this card. This Tilda is soooo cute. The strawberry so red and juicy looking, it has gloss on it, but the camera cant really see it.
Got Christmas cards to make this week for a deadline, so I wont be able to do much crafting. Also working on the last piece for my stint at the Elzybells guest design thing.
Tomorrow we are going to the O2 to see Walking with Dinosuars.... cant wait!

Christmas Cat

Awww this cute little kitty is sooooo fun. Reminds me of years back with my first christmas tree, I was so excited about having my own tree to decorate how I want, with all my lovely baubles ect... well as you can guess it might not have turned out like that. I had a little kitten called Monty who spent the whole entire time inside my tree, batting off the baubles, eating the tinsel ect ect.. a wrecked tree that was all I had!

This stamp is one of the new ones from Wild Rose Studio. I have another stamp to use with one of the cute dogs. And some lovely words that I should have used on this card! I forgot! Opps... but they are lovely sentiments. Keep an eye out for these soon.
