Crafty Car Boot Sunday 21st May
I am having a Rubber Stamp car boot on Sunday 21st May. There are hundreds of Rubber Stamps to purchase in many many themes. Stamps will be priced to go at just a few pounds being the dearest of them. There are also some dies at greatly reduced prices.
Why the sale you ask? I am not giving up stamping, oh no, its my blood! But I do have hundreds and hundreds of stamps that I have collected in over 25 years. That is a heck of a lot of stamps that have not seen the light of day for many moons. I want to share the love for Rubber Stamping by giving the buyers some awesome bargains and then use the pennies for garden improvements, more craft stash and Needle Felting stash too!
Why are car boot? Sadly I do not have the time to list all this stuff on Ebay. It take mega time to make very little money what with paypal & Ebay fees. Also lost in post items means I lose out twice, I lose my items and I have to refund the money :( By having a car boot people can come along, choose a stamp, pay and go away with some mega bargains. I can also have by appointment people come along to look at them here in Redhill, Surrey.
Car Boot is at Rusper near Horsham. I decided that even though this is quite far away from me it makes it more central to Crawley, Horsham and other places. Just over half hour drive from where I live. Also it is not a crazy early boot sale, they let the sellers set up without people diving in their boots!!
The details of the sale are HERE YOU MUST CHECK on the morning that the sale is on that it is actually going ahead. It is in an open field so it is weather dependent.
I have flowers, animals, words, you name it! I will probably be doing a few of these as I cant see my little car taking all that I have to sell so I will post further dates.
Hope to see you there!

Paper Pros May Challenge
Hello!! Its been a while again, but I am here with our Paper Pro's Challenge and this month I thought I would be really clever and make the theme "Few of our favourite things" and I thought it would be easy, but when you like so many things it makes choosing tricky!
So here is my card.
So here is my card.
And here is a list of my Favourite things.
First up ACCORDION Dies from Karen Burniston. Amazing dies as accordions but I also love to cut the centres out and these make amazing frames. And on this particular one it has the stitched design around the edges which I love, so I drew through it with a black pen.
Penny Black stamps, namely Margaret Sherry's Designs - these were my first love when I started stamping, probably over 25 years ago!!
Banners I love banners and bunting dies and stamps and I have used here the Lawn Fawn ones.
Lastly on this card I used the Nuvo Aqua Flow brushes from Tonic and I LOVE these. The colour is so intense but you can use a regular waterbrush and some nice watercolour card to colour in. These are my new best friends.
The rest of the ladies on the Paper Pros group have been busy making cards. Remember this is a no stress challenge we do as friends so not everyone will take part every month :) But it was so much fun not to miss.
