Woodware Challenge - Bunch of flowers

Here is my latest offering for the Woodware Design Team Challenge.

Fluffles from Stampendous is one of my favourite characters and I know I say that lots

but that's because I do like so many of the Woodware and Stampendous designs!

This is a really simple easel card. Simply fold one side inwards to make a step up

to make a interesting card.

crafty Makes

Here are a few crafty makes that I have been working on and off for a couple of weeks.  Stamps used are Stamping Bella, House Mouse, Penny Black and Pink Cat.  It all looks much nicer in real life!

My "baby" Caiden is 5 today!! I cant believe how the time has flown by.

Lots of hits.... not much interaction

1400 views the past week and only a tiny handful of comments or likes/dislikes.  I really would LOVE to get my blog more interactive with you joining in.

Few shares

Lots of Harvey's friends love football, indeed lots of little boys and girls do too.  I have made 2 boys football buntings recently, one was a sample for a shop one a present for a friends little boy, well big boy as he is 8 now!  Unfortunately Mingming's trips to the vets cost us a LOT of money, money we don't have spare taken away from our daily living money and also Caiden's birthday too :(   So I have had to get frugal with making a present, but I am hoping that he will be pleased to get something football related and something with his name on as I am sure Brennan is not one you would find in the shops!

Night Night MingMing

My poor bunny Mingming was too poorly and I felt the kindest thing was to take her back to the vets.  She was very stressed out with her constant baths and cream application and she hadn't eaten for a couple of days and had lost weight. Such a lovely bunny... xxx

A few makes

Here are some cards I have been making lately.  I am selling a few at a local store and these are ones made so far!  I have run out of time and also been having a bit of a hard time with my poorly rabbit who we are trying to save from Fly Strike :(  we are having to bathe and cream her twice a day and its really upsetting :(

Woodware Challenge 3 - Its a sketch!

Its a sketch challenge this week and that leaves it wide open for choosing what we can use, I do have lots of Woodware and Stampendous so its hard to choose.

So above is the sketch, quiet a simple one to play with :)  As I said the hardest thing is choosing what to use.

And here is what I made. A fun bright birthday card for an 8 year old girl.  Of course colours and numbers can all be changed to make it something entirely different.

I used : 

STAMPENDOUS - CUPCAKE NUMBERS - CLEAR SET SSC178

CLOISONNE - 8 X 8 COLLECTION (36)- GCD347 

 and the peach circle punch to make my own domed circles to add on. Of course lashings of glitter too but that hasn't shown up on here.

Special card for a special person

I made this card for my Mum who's birthday it was yesterday.

I made the same sort of card that my friend Suzie Q made me for my birthday last month.

Went to Ikea yesterday and got a new table and some metal drawers and had another change about in 

my crafty palace.

So now I have an L shape to work on and a bit more room :)

Kids Create and Take at Crafts U Love

Yesterday was kids Create and Take and we were getting the kids ready early for Fathers Day which is 19th June.  A simple little card but enough work for the kids.  Colouring in the Wild Rose Trophy Guy and using the mini rosette dies from Sizzix to make the "Dad" Rosette.  Mounted onto a Kraft coloured card.

We'll be running the kids Create and Take all through the summer holidays.  No need to book however if you are bringing a group let us know so we can prepare enough packs.  There will be a different project every week.
