Pop n cuts flower die
I have not played with this pop n cuts for a while so it was nice to re visit an old friend:)
I was trying to stay up late last night so I needed something to keep me awake so I chose a bright and happy card using some lovely imaginisce papers. My late night played dividends and I saw 11 shooting stars :) and a few wishes were made too. Wow what a show it was.
I used the companion set for this pop n cut die and also another companion set with had the Hello and flourish. I brought mine from www.craftsulove.co.uk in the UK
Used : 3d poinsettia flower, hello sizzlet die set,

In the garden
My next card for the Pop N Cuts is one looking outside with the garden chair. I was inspired to cut into my chair by a card I saw on Pinterest by Calla Lily Studio her card is beautiful. I didn't have the same dies as her to create my chair so I looked at all my other dies to find the perfect chair and managed to find a basket to use.
Lots and lots of other dies later I created this little scene.

I always struggle to get the photos right on these cards but I think you can see everything on it
(everyfink if you are SuzieQ) Remember if you are in the UK you can get your dies from www.craftsulove.co.uk Tell them Caz sent ya!
In my Garden shed
Once again I am honoured to have been asked to join in the Pop N Cuts fun with Karen Burniston and her fabulous group of designers. Pinch myself time!
This time around we have been asked to use any of her Imagery designs. How scary that out of the
10 imagery inserts I have 9 - opps how that happen? Just that Stampin Up! one I need to get my mitts on (need to find a Stampin Up! demo sponsor!! or some spare pennies to get it)
Well I think you all know what is in my shed. But have a look at this little shed scene that I made with the Karen Burniston Pop N Cuts dies from Sizzix. You can purchase the whole Pop n Cut collection from Crafts U Love - apart from the dress form which is a Stampin Up! one
Here I have used the 3d Chair to create an "inside" scene.. a very woody shed with a cozy chair, tassle blanket and a cute little scene through the window too. I have used various other items to create this scene as well as using real mud for the little muddy pile inside shed too.

My next card I used the 3d Butterfly Window die and the companion set Butterflies and
Labels die. I found this one last piece of Bo Bunny paper that would be perfect for it.
These Pop n cuts Label and Butterfly dies are really easy to use and make real
WOW cards in a matter of minutes. The Chair can be quick too but I like to really
add the details to make these cute little scenes.

New Home card
A good friend of mine is moving today and here is the card I made for her :) I used the Karen Burniston Pop n cuts chair die and I even included a photo of my friends kids in the photo frame to really make it personalised. You can purchase this Pop n Cuts die from www.craftsulove.co.uk and click HERE to take you to the page.
I am sure once this evening comes my friend Karen will be wanting to sit in a chair like this!

Sunny Flower
I loved this Woodware stamp that we got in at work the other week and I had to have it. I coloured this before we had a little family holiday and I just made this on my return.
Not my usual style, ie a bit grown up for me!! LOL
Here are a few pictures from our recent camping trip to Camber Sands.
My lovely boys hugging in the sea, holding on for life I am told!
We took Milo on his first holiday and he was so good :)
This was yesterday and the weather was glorious.

Eileen Hull - Sizzix Fun!
Not wanting to give Karen Burniston all the Sizzix love I thought I would show you my newest die, the lovely window box from Eileen Hull. This little window and box has so many possibilities! I like to think that whatever you could see out of the window you could create a little scene in the window box. So I am thinking Christmas scenes, summer scenes... you're only restricted by your imagination.
So this little window box depicts everything me! Bright happy colours and a little birdie too. Of course and owl would have been preferable but maybe next time ;) I had great fun working with inks, stamps, paints, embossing powders and all sorts.

These are fun book hedgehogs I made for the boys teachers
they can be used to hold notes.
A very simple tag for the TA's choccies
What have you done for your teachers and Ta's this year?

Minion card :)
Inspired by this amazing card by Helen, this is my feeble attempt at a Minion card, made for my work friend Tracy who's birthday was last week.
The recipient loved it :) and I enjoyed making it. It was all
hand cut apart from the glasses.
A last minute card
I wanted to make another pop n cut card but I didn't have much time so I kept it simple and let the card design do the talking... this 3D LABEL WINDOW does not need a lot of faff to make a great card as its just such a great shape and a few stamped images and you're done. Of course if you have the time you can jazz it up to your hearts delight too!
I used one of the new TILLY DAYDREAM DO Crafts Stamps
a Prima Washi tape stamp
and of course the wonderful Karen Burniston's Pop n Cuts
designs.
3d Label WINDOW
The edge and Scroll die is a decoration die. It
cuts a beautiful scroll but also the decorative shape
that gets stuck behind the 3d label window and it finishes
the card off perfectly.
This was the base that I used, creates a slightly squarer card
with a nice ornate edge.
And lastly this is the Label and Butterfly Bigz die
this one decorated both the Label WINDOW pop n cut and
the Butterfly WINDOW pop n cut too.

Happy Birthday Kieran
Its my nephews birthday today! It's always a struggle to make teen boys cards, but I dusted off my Stampendous Changito stamps as he loves sports, especially football.
The wording is a Woodware stamp and I use it all the time,
it is called Double Birthdays.
I layered the whole thing up with another one of my favourite tools, the Pop
N Cuts basetray and the 3D Label all from Crafts U Love
It's hard to see on the photo but a couple of the footballs are "floating" on a piece of
see thru plastic. I never throw my Sizzix Bigz dies boxes away and use them when I need
something like this.
