Pop N Cuts

I have been having great fun playing with the Sizzix Pop n Cuts dies this week ready for my class at Crafts U Love.  There is a right mix of pop ups, some are the main messages and some you can decorate with virtually anything!

Caidens Party

I have been planning Caidens party for a few weeks.  It happen last Sunday, his 6th birthday is Tomorrow.  here are a few pictures from his Lego themed party.

Dave & Laura's wedding

We went to Dave and Laura's wedding last Saturday and what a lovely day it was.  The bride looked stunning, Dave the groom his usual smiley self and they had beautiful weather for it.

Here is the card I made for them.  I used Penny Black Mimi stamp and some cute bunting
with their names on it.  Of course bunting had to made an appearance!

It's been a while, I am sorry!  Not much creating apart from Carrots!! LOL  and of course spending a few hours with my kids after work whilst they are on their holidays.  I took a days holiday yesterday and my boys, mum and me all went to Godstone Farm.  It was a lovely day.

Harvey TOTALLY melted with the baby bunnies!

Here they are both holding a chick.  Caiden called his "lovey" and Harvey

called his "Wiggler".

As well as the lovely animals there was so much play stuff for the boys

we didnt get home until about 4pm having been out for about 6 hours!

They loved this swing.

had the egg baskets :)

At last!  a card, made last night and just for fun.

Carrot Factory

My palace has been turned into a carrot factory with orders for almost a 100 carrots!!

I have finished 50 so just under 50 more to make.....   I will be creating this at this weeks Create and take for the kids on Wednesday 11th April starts at 10;30 - 1pm - no need to book just bring the kids along... You will  be required to make this with your child it is not a class but "come along and create" event.

I have  a class Saturday 19th May  - Its called "Make a scene" and we will be using some of my favourite stamps and dies to create little "scene" cards.  Stamping, die cutting and masking just a few things that will be included -  10;30am - 12;30pm  call 01293 863576 to book your place.  I would love to see you there!

Penny Black Hedgehogs

I made this card last night just for fun!  I used the new Penny Black hedgehogs.  Available from www.craftsulove.co.uk

As well as the Penny Black design you may recognise the Hero Arts Newsprint stamp

and the grass that is behind the hedgehogs is the stem parts from the Hero Arts tulips stamp.

The border along the bottom is Memory Box Charlotte Border and the clouds are memory box too

Lots and lots of cards from my demo at Crafts U Love the other day.  All materials are from Crafts U Love.

here I have used the beautiful Hero Arts Tulips stamp teamed up with the memory box Springtime border

Big eyes stamp with same lovely border - this was one I made at home and not at work

This was another one I made not at work, I used the lovely Mimi Stamp from Penny Black

Demo today at Crafts U Love

Looking forward to my demo today at Crafts U Love. I will be playing with the Hero Arts "newsprint" bird, background, owls and tulips along with Memory Box Dies and some shrink plastic. A right old mix. Demo 10-3 at Charlwood near Gatwick Airport. As well as me there will be three other ladies demoing, they are down at the hall. (I am at the shop) Come along and see what you can do with a bunch on papers, cutters, stamps and more!
