For the lovely cards they sent in reply to my card plea. I was asking for 40th birthday cards for my lovely hubby who deserved to be spoilt. You know how BORING birthdays are when older and he only gets about 5 cards in total, so this year he got these 6 more!! It was hard to advertise that I needed cards as he reads my blog! It was funny as he got a card from someone, postmarked Gatwick and he was convinced it was me trying to trick him! I had hidden them all until Sunday ;0)

Saturday 28th March is springing towards us why not book onto my classes

These are 2 fab 1 hour classes 12;40pm - 1;40pm - Magnola Madness - we will be making a beautiful Magnolia "congratulations" card which can be suited to many occasions. The papers I have chosen for this project are so pritty.

2pm - 3pm - Stampendous stamping and you will be making the type of card that will WOW and Puzzle at the same time! If you like something out of the ordinary this is class for you. Again I have chosen some lovely papers and colours for this project.

Gorguss Thanks

I wanted to thank a friend Tracy (treacle) for stamping me some images of the Gorguss girls,. so what better than to make her a gorguss card.

I adore this image, and this stamp is for sure on my shopping list at the end of March when they are selling them singularly at Funky Kits.

To cheer me up from my lack of Magnolia kit I had a very special crafty angel source for me the very much sort after Valentine Lace border punch. I LOVE IT!! Teamed with Craftwork Cards wording and Stampin Up! scallop, with Stampin' Up! Choc Chip ribbon too.... keep watching my Stampin Up! website over the next day or so for a new collectors thing!

Keep an eye on

Spiral Whisper in the next week. They are releasing some downloads. After much thought I decided to step down from SW design team some time ago. There has been a bit of downtime with them sorting things out and I thought it was the ideal time to do this. And it will give them a chance to get new talent in. Anyone going?? Magnolia apparently have mini stamps only available at the shows.. If anyone goes and can get me some I will be very greatful and of course I would pay you! They are apparently by the till. Caz from a load of bloggocks is a happy lady as she managed to order the stamp kit for herself, I am very pleased for her. so thats just one unhappy Caz left!! LOL I'll live... just ;0)

BAH! 13th Unlucky? - LUCKY 13!

Well today I am starting a new "thing" and on the 13th of each month I will choose a comment that has grabbed my attention for some reason and I will send that commentor a small prize.

This month I have chosen MrsWonka to receive some stamped images of the Leanne Ellis stamps that she said she wasnt sure about but since seeing my card loved. Awww thanks.... that made me feel all happy!

Got to go and see the Beaver Leader this morning to talk about me coming a official helper (OMG WHAT AM I DOING) but basically they have 2 leaving and if they dont get the help it will close and if we want our kids to do these things sometimes we have to give a little more. Just dreading the uniform!! But it will give me a fantastic feeling to know without me they might not have all the fun meetings.

Hey look at my blog!

How lovely eh? A lovely new blog for spring ;0) I will be tweeking for a while yet but its so me in colours and theme. I had to wait until Caiden and Harvey were out of the house as you need to be able to concentrate and think properly. Not sure I did it properly but I managed to salvage many of the html codes for all the widgets I wanted to keep.

Its that cat!! hee hee.... I really love this card. Simple but cute. and of course in my eyes orange and green a hint of cuteness and it cant be bad! This adorable cat is from http://www.wildrosestudio.co.uk/ I have teamed it up with SU goodies - cardstock, flower and paper and Tulle (again) from CUL. And of course the everso useful Craftwork Cards wording.

These stamps are a dream to stamp and colour!
